  Please be patient as your files go from your computer across the Internet to our server. It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes depending on how fast your Internet connection is.

A professional graphic designer will look over your art to make sure it is "print ready."

You will usually get a response with proofs via email within 60 minutes.


We'll check:

  • The resolution - to make sure it's 300 dpi or better so it will come out crisp and clear.
  • The color mode - to make sure it is in CMYK format we print in and no colors will shift from what you see on your screen.
  • The safe area/bleeds - to make sure nothing gets cut off around the edges.
  • The design itself - to make sure you didn't forget anything important, like a return address.

Unfortunately, we can't check things like

  • Spelling / Grammar
  • The correctness of your phone, address, and web site

Once we've done that, we'll email you back with a proof, or with instructions on how to make any corrections if he can't make them himself for you.
